Thank you for your interest in our Holiday Special promotion! Before proceeding, please review the terms and conditions associated with this limited-time offer.  

1. Promotion Details:  

   - This Holiday Special provides a 15% discount on trust packages.  

   - The promotion is valid only for new clients who sign an engagement letter and pay the required $1,000 deposit during the promotional period.  

2. Eligibility:  

   - The offer is limited to the first 25 clients who sign up and meet the requirements specified in these terms and conditions.  

   - Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis, as determined by the timestamp of both the signed engagement letter and the deposit payment.  

3. Promotion Period:  

   - The offer begins at 12:00 AM EST on November 22, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on December 31, 2024, or when the maximum number of eligible clients is reached, whichever occurs first.  

4. Payment Terms:  

   - A $1,000 deposit is required to secure the discounted rate.  

   - The deposit must be received within the promotional period to qualify for the discount.  

5. Non-Transferability:  

   - This offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers.  

6. No Substitutions or Modifications:  

   - The 15% discount applies exclusively to trust packages as offered during the promotional period.  

   - No substitutions, modifications, or exchanges are permitted under this promotion.  

7. Cancellations and Refunds:  

   - Should you cancel your engagement after qualifying for the promotion, the deposit may be non-refundable based on the terms of the signed engagement letter.  

   - Refund eligibility will adhere strictly to the terms outlined in the engagement letter.  

8. Legal Compliance:  

   - Participation in this promotion is subject to compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.  

9. Changes to Terms:  

   - We reserve the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice, provided such changes do not affect individuals who have already qualified for the offer.
